Lingnan University is partnering with Neurum Health to launch Project Two-Grow - an innovative project to help you and your partner improve your interpersonal relationships, better manage your work, and cope with everyday challenges.

During this project, you’ll have access to:

• Neurum, our digital health app with personalised toolkits and resources
• Webinars and events
• In-person care with clinical team as needed
• Smart devices to monitor sleep and heart activity

Project Two-Grow aims to translate your health data into constructive insights that will help you better understand the impact of stress on your health and personal life.

Eligibility:

• 24-45 years old
• Currently working full-time
• Your romantic partner is willing to participate in this project

Spots are limited. Selected participants will get a consultation with our Health Psychology expert to review your health data and discuss solutions!
